When I was a freshman in high school, my family went through a really difficult experience with our home. We were given some bad real estate advice at the time, and it eventually led to our house going through foreclosure. Watching my parents go through that stuck with me.
It's a big reason why I approach this business the way I do today. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and no one should feel confused or unsupported during that process.
